PROTEIN PANCAKE

1/2 cup Rolled Oats

2 Tbs Cottage Cheese

1 Whole Egg

1/2 Scoop Protein Powder


BEAST OMLETTE

Omlette

2 Whole Eggs

2 Egg Whites

1/4 cup green capsicum

5 cherry tomatoes

4 button mushrooms

2 TBS red onion

Handful of spinach

Sprinkle of feta cheese

garlic


ANABOLIC SMOOTHIE

Smoothie

2 scoops whey vanilla protein

1 cup mixed berries (blueberries, raspberries)

Half Banana

1 TBS chia seeds

Crushed ice
