Fit Back Into Your Jeans From Your Twenties!

OK, so maybe you don’t fit into those favourite jeans anymore. But you’ve kept them for a reason right? I am going to give you my 30 day Challenge that will get you back into those jeans!

Now, this 30 day challenge is going to include 3 rotating high intensity workouts coupled with other fat blasting sessions. Keep track of your times / results of the workouts as you go. I have alternated workouts with sufficient rest, programming less rest as we build up your strength and fitness.

So here are the workouts:

Workout 1

30 seconds Work : 30 seconds Rest x 5

Burpees

Lunges

Sit ups

Tricep dips (on bench on ground)

Note: Work down the list completing one movement for 30seconds, resting immediately after for 30seconds, then moving onto the next movement down the list.

Workout 2

Tabata 20sec Work : 10 sec Rest x 8

Squats

Mountain Climbers

Bicycle Crunch

Star Jumps

Note: Complete 8 rounds of the first exercise. Rest 1min then start 8 rounds of the next exercise until you have finished all 4 exercises.

Workout 3

As many rounds as possible for 12mins of:

40 Skips

30 Crunches

20 Step Ups

10 Push Ups

Note: Work our way down the list of exercises and once you complete 10 push ups, go back and start with skipping again, over and over until the 12mins is up!
