Habit Stacking 💁🏼‍♀️

It’s basically where you stack one habit on top of another. Stacking a new habit on top of an old one.
This can be a healthy one you want to continue into your routine.

Here are a few healthy habit stackers –

🥦 As soon as you unpack the groceries (old) , fill the sink with water and vinegar and wash your veggies (new)
☕️ While your waiting for your coffee to pour in the morning (old), drink 300-500ml of water (new)
🏋🏼‍♀️ As soon as you get out of the shower (old), go to the kitchen and set up for tomorrow (new)
🧘‍♀️ Before you hop into bed (old), do 2mins of meditation

From here you can build..

Unpack groceries > wash them > chop them up into container

Make Coffee > Drink water > Take daily supplements / vitamins > stretch while drinking coffee
