Before we begin, I want to get to know you!

On this 30 minute zoom call we will go through your goals, address any concerns and it’s a great opportunity to ask any questions.

It is also the time where I gather a heap of information that will help me individualise your journey.

It is not going to be easy or sustainable if I tell you to eat 5 meals a day that include fish if you normally only eat 3 and will throw up at the smell of fish!

We will also go through lifestyle factors, the check-in system, address expectations and the action plan moving forward.

This type of individualisation, support and accountability is unique and as a result, I am never surprised when my clients see results within the first few days.


As a part of your coaching experience, you will have access to the Educated Change Lab – A collection of videos on evidence-based Nutrition and Lifestyle Factors.

When life gets crazy and responsibilities at home and work pile one on top of the other, it’s easy to let our health and fitness slip. The years go by and we don’t even realize how much our health has declined.

But for most of us, there comes a time when we realize things must change. A time when gaining control over our body takes on new urgency.

For some, it’s a scary health diagnosis. For others it’s watching a loved one struggle with their own health problems. And for others still, it’s when they finally realize they’ve spent so many years taking care of others, that they neglected to take care of themselves.

When it’s time to turn things around and start a new health and fitness program, however, it can be difficult to know what to do next. And staying motivated is hard — especially if you try to do it all on your own. That’s where I come in.

My goal is to help you get in the best shape of your life and stay that way. Starting now.

This is not just a Meal Plan..

Nutrition is always changing because you are always changing – your goals, your lifestyle, your age, your preferences, your tolerances. Yes there will come a stage where you won’t need to follow a meal plan for the rest of your life, but to begin with it necessary for a number of reasons. This plan isn’t set and forget either. As your coach, we will build on it over a course of time. And this is only one aspect of the coaching. To ensure continued results and sustainability, the gold is in the coaching – that’s why I don’t offer one offs rather a weekly membership. I would be doing a disservice if I handed out meal plans (albeit individualised) because I know that will only get you so far. Ever heard the saying ‘what gets you here won’t get you there’?


How long does the coaching go for?

I work with my clients for a minimum of 12 weeks, but the average lifespan of a client is 6-8 months.

Why is the initial 30 minute consult $80?

I am taking time away from my other clients and family to invest time with you. After our phone call, I set aside another hour to completely individualise your Nutrition and Lifestyle Plan.
