This has been an 8 month journey to stepping up on stage in my first ever comp with ICN which I Competed in..

I went through a build stage with Chloe Kingsford consuming around 3200 cals per day! Then slowing dropping them down closer to comp.

Along with a personalised hypertrophy and strength program from Rhys, I had a plan, a goal and accountability..

I got down to 13.5% Body Fat which was just 8kg of Body Fat!

Sylas has been attending StrengthCity for almost 6 months and he absolutely loves it. Maybe not on the day as Rhys works him hard, but he is so proud of what he has already achieved!

His speed and power off the blocks has improved greatly as has his endurance and strength in his long distance events!

As probably your youngest client at 12yrs it should be a testament to you both on how well you can get your clients to achieve their goals! Sylas is always proud to wear his StrengthCity shirt at training whether it be at the gym or pool!! Thank you for being involved in his dreams!!
