What is semi-private training?

Everytime you step into the city during coached hours, you receive 1:1 support. It is like having a 1:1 training session every time.

A coach to offer feedback on your technique, to encourage you to lift more weight, to spot you during those heavy ass lifts.

Everyone else is walking around doing their own personal programming, throwing around some chat and a few dance moves while the music is cranking.

Elite coaching + personal programming + community = RESULTS.


The gym is staffed for coaching during the following times:

Monday – 5am – 7am / 9am – 10am / 5.30pm – 7.30pm

Tuesday – 5am – 7am / 9am – 10am / 5.30pm – 7.30pm

Wednesday – Conditioning Sessions Only

Thursday – 5am – 7am / 9am – 10am / 5.30pm – 7.30pm

Friday – 5am – 7am / 9am – 10am/5.30-6.30pm
