What To Do When You’ve Lost Your Mojo

I am an honest person. I share my journey and behind the scenes to try and help as many people as possible. Today, I guess this blog is a confession and therefore it can help someone else who might have lost their mojo too.

Recently I have been feeling lost, my sparkle had dimmed, I’ve lost my drive, negativity has crept in. Workouts are few and far between, shitty food is on the reg and Ive failed to meal prep for a while now. This is not motivating for you to hear I know. But I go through these phases as well. Today I said enough. So what did I do / am going to do to turn it all around?

I Set Goals

I say it all the time, if you don’t have something to chase then your just floating around. I thought “taking it easy” was working for me, well it wasn’t and isn’t. I am lacking direction and focus because I do not know where Im heading. So today I have set my goals both for my physical body and for the business… and guess what, I feel excited and motivated already. So even if you only implement this one suggestion, it will change everything!

I Made A Plan

Not starting next week, starting now. Today. I have worked out and I have a list of things I want to accomplish after the baby goes to sleep tonight.  I am limiting my scrolling on social media. I am meal prepping, I am changing my schedule. Already I feel so much more focused and organised.What can you change / shift / incorporate to help get your mojo back?

I Refuse To Wait Any Longer

I have said goodbye to my pity party TODAY. Why wait and linger in unhappiness. If you have lost your mojo then get it back by taking action! Not thinking about it then complaining some more. I have completed a workout, set my goals and made an action plan. What will you do NOW so your not waiting for the perfect time?

I Thought About The Future

Just for a moment I visualised what my life would be like in 3 months, 6 months, 1 year, 5 years. I don’t want to be unfit, unhealthy and unhappy. Unfortunately some people live their lives like this. But there is so much more we can get out of life when we are fit, healthy and happy. Take a second to see yourself in the future. What does it look like? What do you look like? Tired, regretful, unhappy, unhealthy? You have the power to turn this around right now. So what are you waiting for?
